TRACKING INFORMATION
When your order is delivered you should receive an email with a tracking number but often tracking is not possible due to free shipping.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
It takes about 2-5 business days for some shipping companies to update the tracking details on the device. If your order was put more than 5 business days ago and your tracking number is still out of the picture, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical purposes, products may often be shipped in separate shipments
in the same order, even though you have requested combined shipping.
